Hi all!

This is officially my 1st post for this blog of mine. Yeah yeah... it's kinda late to set up a blog now that almost everybody who's using the internet has a blog online for some time. Hmm... so you guys must be wondering why there's the sudden urge for me to set up NOW... and here's 5 reasons why:

1. This blog is not merely just about scribbling random thoughts about my daily life, and letting "kaypoh" people read about them, but rather having the opportunity to share my PASSION and INTERESTS which i am currently pursuing as a leisure or hobby.

2. Being able to make use my blog as a MEDIUM to provide and share useful INFORMATION about certain issues,sports,hobbies etc to the readers.

3. Having the opportunity to hear and interact with fellow bloggers from all over Singapore or the world who have that same interests or passion in them.

4. To be able to keep in touch with current school/working friends out there.

5. Lastly, a place where i can lament and whine about everything that's happening in my life. Haha.

Well, i did mention about my interests and passion, but you guys must be wondering what are they? As the profile at the right suggests, i like EATING,SLEEPING,CLIMBING,SLACKING,GUITAR and GIRLS. Haha.

Yesh! my interest would be Rockclimbing,(Boudlering to be more precise), which i took up back in college days as my CCA. The sad truth is, due to laziness and lack of time(excuses), i've been unable to Boulder and Climb on a regular basis now, but i'm hoping i'll be able to get back to it once i hit NTU this Aug! =)

2ndly, i've always liked music since young. and i do have some background on PIANO(Grade4) because my parents forced me back then to learn when i was in Primary 4, reason for them were that learning Piano was good and interesting for me. Unfortunately, i stopped Piano when i was in Primary6 because i found Piano boring and too "gayish" for guys. Haha. However as years went by, new interests came in, i picked up basic GUITAR from a fellow friend after attending church services after being so intrigued by the band performances on stage.

When i was serving my National Service, i bought my First Acoustic Guitar from Yamaha and tried learning MYSELF, but to no avail because there was no PROPER guidance and materials on the internet to aid me. So i got help from a friend and eventually, i got sick with acoustic playing after learning the basics and proceeded to Electric Guitar! This time, i sought professional help and engaged a private mentor(Justin) to help me.

So after learning the instrument for slightly more than 6months, i've learnt quite alot of fundamentals(which i thought wasnt important back then) and here i am playing, but not in a PROFESSIONAL manner YET. Haha.
